Data Storage
Data uploaded to the platform is securely stored and complaint with ISO27001. Data can be stored on the platform or on the dispute centres own storage. Data encryption on the platform available as an option.
Deletion
Subject to any agreement otherwise or applicable laws or procedural rules, the data uploaded to the platform is capable of being archived or deleted permanently.
Threat Monitoring and Response
ODRPlat has deployed a multi-layered approach to continuous monitoring of network activity and account behaviour to identify and protect against system failures, hacking and other threats. Our security team are on hand to respond and mitigate all identified threats.
Regulatory obligations and reporting
Users can be granted the necessary permissions (which may include download rights) to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations (e.g. in relation to the preservation of documents/data).
Dedicated Servers
ODRPlat has its own dedicated servers rather than cloud virtual servers. This equals a more secure scalable system. Our server space is not shared with other websites that could have malicious content or spam causing access issues due to IP blacklisting. It eliminates the risk of cyber-attacks targeting other shared hosting websites. It eliminates downtime because the shared server has run out of storage space.
Single log-in for every user
Every user has a single log-in automatically generated by the platform, which gives them access to all relevant proceedings on which they are working. Permission setting at a user, role, group, case, folder and document level can be enabled. Multi-factor authentication available as an option.
